ROLE SUMMARY
To oversee digital delivery within the digital portfolio and ensure customer centric end to end thinking across all business areas, from developing reliable solutions through to monitoring success when implementations go live, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Change Leader/Product Owner.
You will be in charge of building and enforcing business value with end-to-end thinking throughout your projects. To do this, you will work closely with and coach product managers, key stakeholders, all those who will be impacted, and subject matter experts on a daily basis. The post holder will be highly adept at digital delivery, innovative, adaptable, and driven to build new products that focus on providing outstanding customer experiences while being extremely efficient, assisting the teams in meeting their goals. The role holder will be in charge of leading initiatives from the identification of a business problem through to root cause analysis and then leading the delivery of change via scrum. The role holder is a digital professional with experience shaping and leading technology teams in an agile environment.
ROLE SPECIFICATION
* Interacting with internal stakeholders and external clients to comprehend the issues/requirements
* Making sure that new epics, features, and stories are aligned with measurable business value outcomes by facilitating and capturing important requirements.
* Maintaining and prioritising your product backlog while collaborating with technical teams
* Taking the lead in delivery, employing sound analysis at the design phase, through the software pilot and adoption phase, responsible for using digital technologies to generate business and customer value outcomes.
* Manage all dependencies and blockers proactively with your team and the larger portfolio.
* Where necessary, create and maintain important artefacts in DevOps and MS Office, including roadmaps, feature canvases, dependency maps, and more.
* Work together with your scrum master to plan and facilitate ceremonies and embrace agile practises.
SKILLS
* Strong leadership skills in business change and digital delivery in a customer-facing setting
* Customer-centric; places input at the centre of decision-making.
* favours data-driven decisions over gut instinct.
* Experience with UX/UI principles and prior Agile experience are both highly desirable.
* To prioritise their backlog, they need a strong facilitator and decision-maker who feels at ease talking to stakeholders and customers.
* Effective use of many channels for communicating with consumers and stakeholders.
* The capacity to oversee a group while working with clients to develop and deliver solutions that provide value to the business.
* A proven track record of improving the lives of consumers and the company.
