Billing Administrator
Looking for an experienced Billing Administrator with who is competent in office 365 and has strong numeracy skills to join our professional and friendly team in ware
Accountibilities
* Ensure accurate and timely billing of clients through current processes
* Review and process manual credit and debit requests
* Resolution of internal and external queries
* Analysis and reconciliation of customer calls and services
* Assist with improvements to the billing system
* Ad hoc billing queries
* Review and fix daily exceptions in the billing system
* Contract reconciliation into billing system
Experience and Skills Required
* Competent with Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Strong numeracy skills
* Accurate data entry
* Attention to detail and confidence in highlighting any discrepancies
* Good communication skills
