Job Description
An established international business is currently recruiting for a Billing Administrator to join their finance team in the Solihull office! This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate with relevant billing/finance experience in professional services, to step into a new role and develop their skill-set and professional portfolio further! You will be supporting their key partners in the Middle East directly with their accounts, aiming to provide a consistently efficient and thorough service to their clientele and managing the stakeholder relationships well!

This role will primarily involve:

* Acting as the first point of contact for any internal/external financial queries, reconciling accounts and producing credits

* Managing client accounts, ensuring all financial support and advice is in line with the business’ compliance policies, and procedures are being met

* Updating the client database and internal systems, making amendments to client rates/accounts and proactively closing queries

* Produce all relevant documents and records for clients

* Supporting with revenue forecasting, month/year end reports and working on various systems and projects

Attention to detail and accuracy in this role is essential. You must be able to use your own initiative to work methodically with high volumes and towards tight deadlines, efficiently managing a busy workload and prioritising your time well! An enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and collaborative approach to their work is a must! You will be representing the business and communicating with international stakeholders on a daily basis, so a high level of professionalism is also essential.

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid-working position paying circa £25k annually depending on experience.
