Job Description
Our client an international bank is seeking a Banking Operations Static Data to join their team based in London on a FTC.

Responsibilities

* Processing data and rectifying incorrect data in the bank’s core system

* Maintaining daily MI of data updated or rectified

* Obtain raw data from group IT to review the progress of changes made to core data

* Ensuring source documents are correctly maintained for all data amendments

* Supporting Ad-hoc activities related to testing of data captured for anomalies

* Other ad hoc requests from Assistant Manager, Payments, Head of Operations and COO

Skills and Knowledge

* Must at least 2 years have related working experience

* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential

* Risk and control focus on operational processes

* Strong work ethic

* A team player; must have experiences of working within a team

* Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills

* High personal standards and dress code commensurate with being at the front line in dealing with the Bank’s clients

* Excellent time management skills with the ability to thrive whilst working under pressure

* Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable

* Should have a positive “can do” attitude combined with a flexible approach to the tasks required

* Undertake additional duties as assigned by managers to fulfil team and individual goals
