Assistant Accountant Job in Lowestoft
Job Description
Assisting the FC with:
· Monthly management accounts
· Budgets and financial forecasts
· Cost tracking for work in progress
· Reviewing project performance against the forecast
· Balance sheet reconciliations
You will also provide occasional cover for the Accounts assistant (purchase/sales ledger etc)
My client is interested in meeting candidates who have an accounting background, ideally with some understanding of Management Accounts. This role has a lot of variety so you must revel in 'no two days the same'
Some form of qualification (AAT or ACCA/CIMA early stage studier) would be an advantage but it is not essential.
Hybrid working is available (50/50)
