Administrator – Trust Management Job in Royal Leamington Spa

Job Description
Leamington Spa

£20,000  

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the busy Trust Management Department of a well-established legal services organisation, at their office in Leamington Spa.

You will be joining a very busy trust management team, who deal with the management and compliance of client trusts. 

This is a fabulous entry level role which would suit a graduate with around 12 months' administration experience, ideally gained working within legal services, law practice, or financial field, or a similar professional services environment, who would like to progress their career within trust management and private client work. 

The role will involve:

Ensuring records are kept up to date 
Reviewing files and chasing for outstanding information 
Responding to emails 
Carrying out checks on files and documents and updating in-house systems accordingly
Drafting legal documents and correspondence 
Arranging and allocating payments to and from client trusts
Arranging Trustee meetings
Liaising with clients, advisors, and other professionalsSuitable Candidates will have:

Excellent administration and organisational skills
Excellent IT skills
Experience of using inhouse computerised systems/case management systems
Excellent attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
The ability to handle difficult conversations in a professional and empathetic manner
The ability to prioritise and manage cases
A' Level standard of education
Ideally a degree level of education (not essential)This is a full time permanent job which is office-based, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
