Our client are an award-winning leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisers operating across the UK. They are looking for an administrator who have either worked in a similar role, or who can demonstrate the professional approach and organised style required.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

Being the first point of contact for clients and employees both visiting and calling the office.
Maintaining stationery and general supplies orders.
Booking appointments and distributing staff status and movements to the team.
Ad-hoc administrative duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Good organisation skills and passion for customer service.
Good MS Office skills (word, outlook in particular).
Good team-player who is prepared to help colleagues where needed.
