Job Description:
You will be required to act as a supporting role for the whole business, so this is a great opportunity to learn within an exciting industry.
In a fast-paced environment you will need to be organised and able to manage your time as you will be dealing with a number of business activities. This is a crucial role within the team and is essential to ensuring we can offer high service levels and compete widely within the marketplace.
Liaising with a variety of customers via email, WhatsApp, online chat, and social media to answer general enquiries and queries
Updating CRM systems
Update systems and ensure products are up to date
Assisting in the collation of data for weekly and monthly reporting
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
Greeting and welcoming visitors
Supporting the teams as and when required including Marketing, Finance, Compliance
General office administration
We are looking for someone who would love to get involved with the above tasks and also someone who possesses the following personal characteristics
Experience of working in financial services would be beneficial but not essential
You should have a minimum of two years recent experience working in a similar administrative/customer service role where you are responding to client online queries and enquiries
Be a strong team player
Ability to work independently and use own initiative
Positive and engaging personality
Adaptable
Excellent communication skills
