Job Description
Email response team; Administrator role, Monday – Friday, shifts between 9am – 6pm
£9.90 per hour, £371.25 per week – long term contract, opportunities for permanent roles.
Duties:
– Email responses to customers contacting
– Updating the internal system
– Opening and closing cases
– Complaint handling via email
You will have:
– Excellent written English
– Good attention to detail
– Good IT skills
