Job Description
Role: Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Cambridge – option for hybrid working

Type: Temporary to Permanent – Full Time

Salary range: £21,730 to £23,177

Experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk sought for a public sector organisation based in Cambridge for a temporary to permanent assignment to assist the organisation through an extremely busy period.

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for:

Ensuring timely and accurate production of internal and sundry debtor invoices and their supporting data
Communicating with other department to facilitate accurate production of invoices and credit notes
Carrying out credit control functions
Monitoring and resolving any queries and investigate overpayments
Monitoring and providing suggestions for improving efficiency within the Accounts Receivable team.The ideal candidate for the Accounts Receivable Clerk role should ideally have:

Experience of using excel spreadsheets.The successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should also be a good team player, be able to communicate well and have the ability to work under pressure.
