Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable candidate to join our client in Leamington on a temporary basis. The role is due to last 6-9 months and is due to start ASAP.
The role essentially is doing the groundwork in rebuilding Q1 2022 data which has been corrupt for Aged Payables, supported by the Finance Team.
Main duties:
Downloading purchase invoices and credits from a central inbox
Saving the documents
Loading the documents into Microsoft Navision 2018
Posting the documents to the General Ledger
Reconciliation of AP
Salary will be at a max of £25,000 – £12.02 per hour on a temp basis.
Hours of work would be Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch and Friday 8.30am to 5pm, with 30 minutes for lunch. The role is office based with no opportunity to work from home.
