Job Description
We have a great opportunity Accounts Payable Officer to join our client as their business is expanding.
Working as part of the accounts team the Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for maintaining financial records, petty cash, and expenses. Working closely with the Finance and Accounts Manager you will ensure the financial function runs efficiently.
You will have a good understanding of ERP, double entry accounting and excel at intermediate level.
You will be processing invoices by matching purchase orders through an ERP system. Prepare prepayment journals, scheduling and preparing cheques, resolving discrepancies, maintaining ledgers as well as assisting with certain analysis and month end reporting.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. This role also offers free parking on site.
