Accounts Manager
Liverpool
Our client is an established property development company specialising in delivering homes across prime locations within Merseyside, Cheshire and Lancashire. They have an immediate requirement for an Accounts Manager/Finance Manager to join the team and report into the Commercial Director.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Monthly payroll
PAYE
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Assisting with collating documents for Annual tax returns
Sales & purchase ledgers
Bank payments
Petty cash
Fixed assets
Invoicing
Creditors
Supplier payments and managing debtors reporting/credit control
Cashflow forecasting and reporting
Produce monthly management accounts
Assisting Management of month end and year end processes
P60 & P11D
Workplace pension contributions
Annual accounts preparation and liaising with external accountant
Expenses
Records management
Other ad hoc duties as directed by a manager. Experience, Skills & Qualifications
AAT Level 3 Qualification or similar
Demonstrable experience (3 years+) working in a similar bookkeeping/accountancy role
Strong MS Excel capabilities
Strong communication skills, comfortable liaising with staff and management at all levels will also be essential.
