Job Description
Our client is a friendly, privately owned shipping and logistics company in the Felixstowe area, due to growth they are now looking for an accounts junior to join their busy office based team. This is a company who really cares about their staff offering a great company pension, generous holiday and training.
This role would suit someone who is eager to learn accounts, both the sales and purchase side, as it is a junior role it is ok if you have no accounts experience but experience in an office environment would be advantageous.
Some of the tasks you would be learning and undertaking are filing, replying to emails, basic credit control, invoicing, taking phone calls and speaking to various departments to ensure information is passed on accurately between them. There would also be an element of customer contact this will be mainly over the phone or email.
