Job Description
Just Recruitment is working with a well-regarded business, at the forefront of their sector, looking to add a Accounts Assistant to their team on a part time, permanent basis.

This is a varied role with main tasks including:

*Reconciliation of bank accounts
*Processing purchase and sales invoices
*Processing & paying supplier invoices
*Reconciliation of supplier statements
*Sales Ledger – raising invoices/credit notes
*Liaising with the internal team to resolve any invoicing issues
*Credit control when required

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

*Experience within a similar role
*Flexibility towards work allocated
*A systematic and methodical approach with attention to detail
*Relevant Sage experience

Part time role. 4 hrs per day, Mornings preferable but flexible within Office hours 8:00 – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Due to company location – you must have access to your own transport
