Job Description
Our client in Olney are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to work in their busy accounts team.

Hours: 9am to 5.30 Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000
Holidays: 23 Days plus Bank Holidays
Pension
Free Parking
Brand New Offices

Reporting in to the Financial Controller you will be responisble for the following duties:

Matching and Coding Invoices
Dealing with Queries
Processing Invoices
Assisting with weekly cash flow
Debt Collecting – own section of ledger
Dealing with the raising of P/O's

Required Experience:

Excel – Able to do V Look ups and Basic Formulas
Sageline 50 Preferred
Experience in a similar role
