Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: Hatfield
Salary: £22,000 – £28,000 per annum  
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 4:30pm with 1 day per week at home.
Contract: Permanent

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
 
·Relevant accounts experience
·Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP and data simulations)
·Excellent attention to detail
·Ability to work in a small team and being able to meet deadlines
·Fully IT literate in using Microsoft packages
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
·Inputting daily transactions in to accounts package
·Processing payments
·Managing purchase ledger
·Dealing with finance query's
·Reconcile client / office bank accounts
·Maintaining levels of compliance
·Ad hoc duties as and when required
