Job Description
Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant who enjoys problem solving and has excellent attention to detail? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an established business and join their growing finance team!

Responsibilities:

Experienced with Purchase Ledger duties such as setting up new supplier accounts, processing invoices and expenses, supplier reconciliations and resolving queries efficiently
Updating supplier account reconciliations accurately to reflect the company expenditure
Complete accurate purchase ledger reviews
Deal with high-volume transactions across several group companies
Prepare supplier payments for authorisation and input to the bank
Ensure all records are kept up to date and easily retrieved
Assist with sales ledger duties
Assist with bank reconciliations support the accounts team with any further duties required   
Skills and experienced required:

Experience using Sage/ accounting systems
Excellent communication skills
Strong Excel skills
Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
Team player and willing to support others
