Accounts Assistant
Our client, based in Dereham, are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their Accounts Receivable Queries Team.
This opportunity is on a full time, 3-month temporary contract. There is potential of the position going permanent for the right person.
Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 08:15 – 17:00
Friday: 08:15 – 16:00
39 hours per week.
Purpose of the role:
Due to increased workload to ensure smooth installation of a new software in December, our client are looking for an experienced accounts assistant to perform all general Accounts Receivable activities in an accurate and timely manner.
* Are you a fast learner with experience working in a finance environment?
* Do you have experience using Sage, Pronto or Quickbooks?
* Are you confident working as part of a fast-paced team?
If so, this could be the role for you!
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be required to:
* To ensure that income is correctly recorded and reconciled to the bank accounts
* Reduce the high level of customer queries
* Provide Accounts Receivable support
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be highly motivated and will possess excellent planning & organisation, customer service, operational, communication and interpersonal skills.
