Job Description
I am currently recruiting for an Experienced Accounts Administrator to join a very successful team based in Knowsley. This is a temporary position for approximately 12 weeks.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

Your main duties are to ensure that all supplier accounts are efficiently and accurately managed, suppliers invoices are correctly accounted for, and that the suppliers are paid on a timely basis. You will also need to ensure that all stock delivered directly to stores are correctly accounted for within the stock system. Highlighting and resolving any price queries and any problems with the appropriate departments.

Other duties:

To receive and input invoices received from all suppliers
To check that goods received agree with suppliers invoices.
To reconcile direct deliveries to stores with suppliers invoices received
To clear suppliers invoices for payment
Provide first line support for incoming queries/issues by phone or email
To manage suppliers accounts
Appropriately investigate issues and raise debit notes when required
Provide Proof of Delivery to stores
Contribute to collating data for weekly/monthly KPI pack.If you feel you have the skills and experience for this role please apply.
