Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Handler to join Plester Group (a howden company) at their offices located in Kidderminster. If you have a background in Personal Lines insurance and enjoy a fast-paced environment Plester Group may be the place for you.

We are looking for a bright, personable, self-motivated individual for this role. With the customer at the heart of everything, going the 'extra mile' to deliver a superior customer service will be second nature to you.

What you will be doing:

Assist in achieving client retention targets by providing an excellent level of service.
Obtain renewal terms, mid-term adjustments or quotations, present to client and prepare required documentation.
Liaise with Account Executives to ensure an appropriate strategy for renewal is in place.
Undertake market mapping exercise to establish most competitive terms available.
Record all relevant information, correspondence, and documentation appropriately.You need to bring with you:

Prior experience of personal lines insurance
CII Certified would be advantageous – or willing to work towards the certification
Good negotiation and broking skills.
