Account Executive Job in Central Birmingham

Job Description
As a Commercial Account Executive, you’ll be a key point of contact for our business and commercial clients. Whether your day-to-day involves building rapport with new clients, or maintaining existing accounts, you’ll provide great client service, be a great listener and help people get the desired outcome. As you expand your knowledge of our products and services, you’ll educate on our offering and guide our clients to choose the insurance that suits them. From day one, you’ll enter an environment where ideas are welcomed, and progression is encouraged. You will have previous insurance experience across either personal lines or commercial and have strong client-facing experience. If you want to develop your career, this is the right plan for you.
 
About you:

You will have experience winning new business and building long lasting relationships with B2B
You must have a passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, networking, client meetings, just to name a few – the stronger our presence in the market, the more successful you will
You will be tenacious and have a business curiosity, as this will allow you to identify and explore new business opportunities to drive the best possible outcome for our clients
You are willing to learn, as every day will be This is a great opportunity to expand your commercial knowledge and become Cert CII qualified.
You are consultative, can question effectively and will be an active listener, you will take the time to fully understand client requirements and be able to advise on products and solutions – always identifying opportunities, but more importantly, looking for a ‘path to yes’ We believe that great work and dedication should be rewarded, that’s why we offer:
