Job Description
Webchat & Email Response Advisor, Dundee Monday – Friday 9-5, £(phone number removed)
If you have experience with webchat and email response within a contact centre environment this is the one for you!!
You'll be working as part of the front line customer service team, you won't be taking calls but you will deal with email response and live chat!
You'll respond to a minimum of 28 emails per day and deal with 50 live chats. This role is busy but requires you to be highly accurate and deal with requests and enquiries in a efficient and professional manner.
Excellent written communication skills and the ability to investigate are essential, only candidates with previous experience with email response or live chat will be considered for this role.
