Job Description
RG Consultancy are working with a £10m t/o Accrington based company looking for a key person in their finance department.

Reporting to the financial director you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the accounts function to management accounts stage. This is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge and develop into a future Financial Controller as the company grows, leading a small team.

Responsibilities include:

* Production of management accounts

* Year end accounts

* Bank reconciliation

* Balance sheet analysis and reconciliation

* Cash-flow reporting

* VAT returns

* Credit card expenses

* Preparation and processing of journals

* Process and match supplier invoices

* Aged creditor reporting

* Aged debtor reporting and credit control

* Prepare payroll

* Payment runs

* Prepayment and accruals

* Maintain fixed asset register

* Stock take

This role will be 8.30am-5pm, Mon-Fri office based with flexibility. They offer a company pension scheme and 25 days holiday plus bank
