Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for a varied and challenging new role? Then this could be the opportunity for you! Our well-established client is now looking for a Trusts and Estates Solicitor (min 5years PQE) to join a busy Wills, Trusts and Probates team in Eastleigh, Hampshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career with a forward thinking "Top 100" National Law Firm.

New Role – Trust and Estates Solicitor (5 yr PQE +) 

Location – Eastleigh, Hampshire 

Permanent role – Flexible / Hybrid working

Salary – c£65k depending on experience 

The ideal candidate will become an integral part of the local team and the wider National department. This role offers a varied and challenging position to lead and drive the department forward. The caseload will be varied including Wills, Probate matters, Inheritance tax issues, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and general elderly client issues including some Deputyship work, supported by our clients' specialist team

Requirements:

Be 5 years PQE+
Have a wide range of private client experience
Be technically competent
Have excellent client care skills and the ability to manage client’s expectations
Be proactive with good interpersonal stills
Have good organisational skills with the ability to keep the department organised and compliant with the firm’s policies
Be business development focused
Be passionate and a keen team member with the ability to accept responsibility and work on own initiative
Be a member of STEP or SFE (desirable but not essential)Salary will be dependent upon experience. This really is a fantastic opportunity to work in a business with strong ethics and an excellent team.
