Job Description
Job Title: Treasury Controller

Location: Oundle

Type: Permanent

Salary: £50 – 60K (Plus benefits)

HSB Technical is working closely with one of its clients to find a skilled Treasury Controller to join and work with a luxury manufacturer.

My client is an established and well-regarded entity within its marketplace and has seen its order books and client base expand steadily in recent history in conjunction with working with HSB Technical.

Responsibilities:

Own full end-to-end cashflow forecasting process ensuring in-depth understanding of input data and ability to present in the required format to the Board.

Reporting into the head of Financial Control.

Liaise with all departments and interface with CFO/ CEO and Chairman on all cashflow-related matters.

Proactively manage weekly cashflow requirements of the business

Deal with all internal and external customers.

Take ownership and management of funding facility.

Lead contact for managing external financing providers.

Provide quality management information to the funders in line with the agreed requirement.

Interest in process improvement and implementation of change.

Commercial acumen and be capable of thinking in big picture terms not just the detail.

Requirement:

A Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

Excellent IT skills and specifically strong using Microsoft Excel.

Ability to communicate at all levels with both financial and non-financial management.

Experience using multiple accounting systems

Commercial mindset and effective communications skill with various stakeholders

Self-starter, confident in identifying issues, investigating and proposing solutions

Ability to plan and manage workloads to deadlines with minimal support

Proactive approach to work.

Good communicator.
