Job Description
SF Recruitment are currently working with a large multinational business, based in Solihull in the recruitment of a Treasury Analyst.
We are seeking a professional and responsible individual to join a supportive and friendly team. The successful candidate will have:
Experience with high volume bank reconciliations
Multi currency experience desirable but not essential.
Experience gained within a shared service centre would also be desirable but not essential
A sound understanding of cash management principles
The role will encompass:
Finance management
1. Support monthly cash forecasting process.
2. Support monthly payments forecasting.
3. Work with cash pool managers on forecasted cash movements.
4. Analysis of cash forecasts Vs actuals.
5. Support the intercompany settlement programs.
6. Support the Disbursements functions by approving payments.
7. Quarterly report accurate cash positions to HQ Treasury.
8. Support queries with Sites and HQ Treasury function on cash and finance management.
Bank registry maintenance
1. Ensure any new bank accounts are listed/inactive bank accounts are kept to a minimum.
2. Keep the bank registry updated for leavers/joiners.
3. Quarterly obtain bank confirmations and ensure bank registry is an accurate reflection.
4. Quarterly certify the Bank registry.
5. Ensure banking payment limits for transactions are maintained.
6. Ensure stringent controls over bank access are maintained.
7. Be an effective liaison with the Banks, the Sites, and HQ Treasury.
