Job Description
Location: Whiteley (hybrid working)

Salary: £23,000 – £25,000

Contract: 6-month contract with immediate start

Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm

Co-workers: 600+

The task at hand: We are looking for an efficient and pro-active Telephone Credit Controller to join our busy Credit Control team on a 6-month fixed term contract.

As our Telephone Credit Controller your responsibilities will include:

– Contacting customers via telephone and providing them with excellent service

– Assessing queries and organising them into correct categories

– Ensuring correct and accurate information is documented at all times

– Provide weekly debtor reports with corresponding progress and collection notes

– Take credit card payments

– Identify risk indicators of bad debt and relay this to the Credit Control Manager

You'll be great in this role if: you have excellent telephone communication skills and good negotiation skills. You will have previous experience in a credit control function and will have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. You will be highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks.
