We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Change Operations team as a Technical Operations Analyst and start their career off with a bang.
In this Technical Operations Analyst role, you will get involved with:
Investigating and resolving issues within more2life and operations, focusing on continual improvements to systems and processes
Assist on more2life projects to ensure the change programme delivers against pre-agreed timescales and objectives
Liaise with the operations teams and any third parties (solicitors, IT suppliers, brokers) to improve the customer journey
Continual review of manual processes with the operational areasThis Technical Operations Analyst role would suit candidates with skills or experience in the following areas: Technical Operations Analyst, Graduate, IT, Maths, Science.
