Job Description
Our client, a commercial heating specialist, is currently seeking a Credit Controller for their team in Basildon.

As the Credit Controller, you will ensure customer payments are received in agreement with account terms, process payments and run regular reports and conduct ledger reviews.

We are keen to speak with candidates who have experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in clearing aged debtors, and have previous experience managing customers who issue debit notes.

Duties of the Credit Controller:

Liaise with customers, sales administration and area managers to resolve problems, following up to ensure successful resolution.
Check customer's credit ratings with banks and decide whether or not to offer credit
Resolve customer queries and raise credit note paperwork

Experience required of the Credit Controller:

Experience building customer relationships
Experience of high volume credit control
Commercial awareness
Numerically confident
