Job Description
2nd Line Support/Azure/Permissions/MSSQL

I am currently working with an insurance company who are looking for a Systems Admin to come on board.

The company has ca. 15-20 full-time employees across technical and operational roles. The role would be to collaborate with Members of the technical function to facilitate the smooth running of the full tech-stack.

Skills desired:
* Provide all tiers of Help Desk assistance across the business, troubleshoot and
resolve all IT issues encountered by users and answer general queries, user on / off-
boarding and hardware management

* Administration of Azure platform including MSSQL, VMs, Storage Accounts, RBAC
* Administration of M365 including Exchange, Office suite, OneDrive + SharePoint,
Teams

* Administration of other 3rd party software / tools including Trello (+ PM work for the
tech team), Slack, Tableau
* Document systems, hardware, software, users, IT processes etc

* Responsible for informing stakeholders of timelines, project progress, communicating directly with director level, independently ascertaining which work will be most beneficial to the business, self-management.
