Job Description
Randstad has partnered with a private bank in the UK, and is currently in the market for a Solution Architect to come on board to join on a 12 month FTC.

They are looking for a Solution Architect who has worked on designing on-premise and cloud Telephony solutions – including integrating with Microsoft technologies like Dynamics 365, Office 365 (Microsoft Teams, Outlook etc.)

Key Responsibilities;

Produce High Level Designs that can be used; by engineers to develop Low Level Design and by the project managers to produce project plans.
Produce Option papers to inform and feed into High Level Solution Designs.
Work with external parties as required to deliver on the objectives.
Instigate and / or conduct technical investigations as required, delegating these responsibilities where required.
Support the architecture roadmap and delivery of design strategiesKey Skills & Experience

Experience in designing on-premise and cloud Telephony solutions, including
integrating with Microsoft technologies like Dynamics 365, Office 365 (Microsoft Teams, Outlook etc.)
Experience in Cisco Telephony technologies.
Experience in designing and integrating voice biometric solutions like Nuance.
Experience in designing and integrating voice recording solutions like RedBoxRecording.
Experience in providing architecture support during a telephony migration project.
Experience and knowledge of High Availability systems.
Broad based technology solutions including some experience of integration and middleware technologies, business systems, web and their application within Solution ArchitectureThis role is paying up to £120k basic + 20% pension contribution (from the bank, you contribute nothing) and working a hybrid working model. Minimum expectation is once a week in the office.
