Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group are working with a reputable business based in Hythe, Hampshire, to help them recruit a Sales Ledger Assistant on a permanent basis 4 days a week. 

Duties will include:

Monitoring the monthly billing cycle;
Answering the phone and dealing with billing related queries and directing other calls appropriately;
Collecting payments via BACS / cash / card / cheque and posting on a daily basis;
Reconciliation of the bank account and credit card receipts;
Monthly generation of the direct debit file.
Suitable candidate:

The successful Sales Ledger Assistant will have prior experience working within finance, ideally dealing with direct debit payments;
Strong attention to detail is required;
Good interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels (internal and external).
