Job Description
My Client, a leading company based in Mill Hill, Middlesex are currently recruiting for a Sales Admin/Order Processor for a full time permanent role.

This role offers two days per week working from home and three days per work office work.

Salary is between £24,000 to £28,000 based on experience

The candidate must have previous customer services and order processing experience

Your role will involve

Sales Order Processing via the telephone and via the website
Ensure all orders are despatched correctly
Process any credits or refunds accordingly
Occasionally following up to chase payments
Running reports
Logistics support including stock checks
Finance administration
The ideal candidate

A minimum of three years in an order processing and customer service role
Previous experience of working with Accounts systems such as Xero, Sage or SAP etc
Microsoft Office experience
Excellent telephone manner
