Position Overview
We are looking for a Purchase Ledger to support our busy finance team on a permanent full-time basis based in our HQ – Lytham.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
🍊Checking purchase orders against purchase invoices
🍊Dealing with incoming post and scanning invoices to the system
🍊Posting and allocating cash to the ledger
🍊Reconcile supplier statements
🍊Allocating invoices on to the system
🍊Matching and reconciling invoices to payments made
🍊Prepare payment runs
🍊Processing #TeamTangerine expenses
🍊Resolving queries in a timely manner
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
🤑Have purchase ledger experience
🖥️Have a good knowledge of Excel and Word
