Job Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a recognised company based in the Loughborough area. Our client is looking for candidates who have excellent attention to detail and who can work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

* Purchase ledger, matching batching & coding of invoices

* Reconcile Supplier Statement

* Manage any credit notes

* Speak to suppliers and resolve any outstaying queries

* Assist the team in the production of the weekly payment runs

* Filing of Accounts Payable documents

Salary: £22,000 + Benefits + Study Support if required AAT or ACCA / CIMA

Hours 09.00am – 5.00pm or 08.00am – 4.00pm ( flexi hours available)

20 Days Holiday + Birthday off+ 2 days at Christmas + Bank holidays
