Job Description
Our client a successful organisation based in Enderby have appointed Paul Mitchell Associates to help them recruit an experienced Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk to their small friendly team.

Immediate start preferred for this Temp to Permanent role

Hours – 30 to 40 Hours per week (Mon to Fri)

The Role

Purchase ledger:

Purchase invoice 3 way match
Data Entry
Obtain invoice approval
Scan and file invoices as necessary
General maintenance of the purchase ledger
Prepare payment runs, post to system and allocate
Resolve supplier queries
Month end reconciliation work
Assist and cover Sales Ledger Clerk
The Person

£20,000-£25,000 Pro Rata (eg up to £12.50 per hour)
Part Time or Full Time 30-40 hours Flexible
20 days + stat + Christmas shutdown
