With our client based in Bury, we are looking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Administrator who will contribute to effective financial management through maintenance of the ledger. Ensuring the timely and accurate posting of supplier invoices, query resolution, statement reconciliation and making payments. You will be an integral part of the Finance Department

As a Purchase Ledger Administrator you will be confident and enthusiastic individual who can manage relationship with suppliers and internal contacts. Must have experience within a similar role and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Working hours Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm!

Purchase Ledger Administrator Roles & Responsibilities:

* Registering and processing of supplier invoices by use of the Navision System

* Matching purchasing orders and delivery notes received from the goods in team

* Investigate and resolve all queries relating to invoice, purchase orders or delivery notes

* Process weekly BAC’s payment run

* Set up new suppliers on the Nav System

* Complete all duties in an accurate and timely manner

* Support the wider accounts time
