Projects Administrator

Bell Cornwall Recruitment currently have an exciting opportunity for a Projects Administrator to join a well established financial services firm based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. This would suit an individual who has a keen interest in projects and an understanding of Acquisitions / Mergers.

Responsibilities…

Lasing with third parties in assisting the acquisitions with any projects
Attending the acquisitions meetings, taking minutes where they are required
Collating departmental due diligence queries and being the main point of contact in respect of these for the Acquisitions department
Arranging weekly department catch up meetings, to ensure close and consistent communication is maintained
Assistance with all acquisition projects and liaison with third parties (e.g. vendors, solicitors).Ideal Candidate…

Ideally experience in Legal, Financial Services
Someone who can problem solve and project manage
Some understanding of acquisitions would be desirable
