Job Description
Project Administrator
Location: Project site based – Jasmine Way, RG19 8QP
Pay: £200 per day
Hour: 37 hours a week
Duration: 12 months
Reporting to: Site Manager
Purpose of the position:
The Administration Clerk is responsible for all the data capturing and administration for the Bramley Thatcham 132kV Cable Installation Project
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor the attendance register
Time sheets compiling (weekly)
Update staff list
Maintaining SHEQ records
Capturing of cable pull sheets
Attending meetings and taking minutes
Accommodation bookings
Access application and induction bookings
Perform general clerical functions including photocopying, scanning and filing.
Generate client specific reports on request and send to the Deliver Manager which may include:
Daily Report
Weekly Report
Monthly ReportWhat are we looking for?
Previous Project Admin experience
Good verbal skills
Attention to detail
Strong numeric reasoning ability
