Job Description
We are looking for Senior Project/ Programme Manager to work with a prestigious organisation in the banking industry, on a large transformation programme for 12 months intially (Fixed term contract). The role requires someone who has business change experience and has worked in regulated environments, in the banking sector. More information below:

Job Title: Programme Manager
Type: FTC (fixed term contract) – 12 months
Salary: £90 000 – £(Apply online only) + 20% pension contribution (you also have the option to take half of this as an addition to your salary and the remaining 10% will go into your pension pot).
Benefits: 28 days annual leave (+bank holidays), private medical cover, life insurance, etc.
Location: hybrid work model – 1 or 2 days per week in their London office and the rest remote.
Purpose of the role:
• Support the bank’s business strategy development, managing and delivering multiple complex projects concurrently. The bank is going through a large transformation programme which is focusing on business change as well as upgrading and improving technology across multiple areas including infrastructure, end user computing, networking & telephony, etc.
Experience/ skillset:
– 5-10 years’ experience in leading change projects/ programmes in financial services
– Managing and developing individuals
– Knowledge of business strategy and products offered by the Bank with working understanding of industry context
