The opportunity:

Main Purpose and Scope for the Role?

As a Processing Administrator, you will report directly to one of the Processing Team Leads within the operations department. You will be harnessing your processing and administration skills in a variety of business-critical tasks across our systems. You will need to be flexible and carry out any duties within your skills and capabilities and ensure all unique client requirements are updated accurately. In addition, you will liaise with customers to ensure accurate information is gathered so we can enter correctly, whilst assisting with improving processes and liaise with our Quality, Payroll and Client Services teams to implement change. You will be the key driver in ensuring our weekly pay cycle is operating effectively and ensuring we pay our customers accurately and on time, every time.

Working collaboratively with all areas of the Operations function and Risk especially, you will build strong relationships with those around you to unlock the power of a collective goal, to provide the best service for our customers. This role will suit an individual who is looking to continuously challenge themselves and is hungry to grow and develop. To be successful in this role you should crave elevating both yourself and the task at hand, and constantly be on the lookout for more efficient and productive ways of working. With that in mind, you should always be excited to share these ideas with your team and team leader so that together we can make a big impact. You should be comfortable working within a supportive team, but you should also be keen to drive forward your own performance and strive to continuously improve. Within Operations, happy staff lead to happy customers, so a big part in the success in this role is not just around your own growth and development, but how you bring, be and become your best self.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately manage a high volume of data checking, data processing and data input

* Proactive outbound communication with Clients and Agencies to query and chase timesheet and expenses for our customers

* Organise workload daily to ensure tight deadlines are met

* Maximise and continuously challenge own performance

* Identify, suggest and raise process improvement ideas to your team lead, so that we can focus on doing the right thing at the right time and lead to an increase in customer delight

* Support the wider team during holidays and sickness, providing cover as required

* Supporting the payrun by ensuring business critical operational processes are completed to the highest quality and within our internal and external SLAs
