Job Summary
My client is a specialist Recruitment firm in central Manchester area who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Process Manager to join their team.
Key Duties/Tasks:
Manage the processing and running of the end to end weekly and monthly payroll
To provide comprehensive advice to candidates in relation to payroll queries
Handle a high volume of starters and leavers
Ensuring current payroll legislation knowledge is up to date and in line with HMRC, with procedures updated accordingly.
The role:
Sole role – Must have strong recruitment/umbrella payroll background
Weekly Payroll 250+ temporary staff
Chasing up timesheets
Knowledge of PAYE/LTD and Umbrella
Monthly payroll for bonus and commissions
Calculating commission and bonus payments
Monthly and weekly invoicing
Pay and Bill
Responsible for all aspects from start to finish
Being a key contact within the business for Stakeholders including Support staff, Recruitment consultants, Managers and Directors.
About you:
Would suit someone from recruitment or Umbrella background
Must have worked in a fast paced environment
Need to be autonomous
Great customer service as dealing with queries
Strong character and enthusiastic personality
