Payroll Clerk Job in Stoke

Job Description
SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator on a temporary basis to join a growing business for at least 3 months.

Duties include:
– Maintain EMDL Time & Attendance system to reflect reporting lines & employee working profiles (shift patterns & locations)
– Assist with monitoring daily absences
– Gather and input EMDL manual timesheets into D365 on a weekly basis
– Process EMDL e-timesheets through D365 in line with employees' working profiles
– Support line managers in submitting accurate timesheets
– Pull reports from D365 to identify & address gaps in timesheets
– Produce overtime & on call allowances report for payroll inputs on a monthly basis
– Calculate holiday averages each month (UK and EU) for payroll input
– Assist HR Manager with payroll input
