Flexible Shift Patterns | No Weekends or Evenings
Salary £14,000
Hybrid Working Patterns

My client is experiencing a period of sustained growth and is looking for a number of part-time Customer Service Representatives to join their Share Plans team in Leeds city centre. The purpose of the role is to connect customers with their assets – safely, securely and responsibly. You'll be a great fit if you're customer focused, adaptive and able to learn new things!

What Will You Be Doing?

– Respond to inbound telephone calls from customers and their representatives.
– Perform ID & Verification checks in line with GDPR regulations & internal procedures.
– Develop and demonstrate expert knowledge of the products & procedures.
– Escalate queries and complaints to relevant teams.
– Use internal systems to effectively respond to queries.
– Identify opportunities for process improvements.
