Job Description
Does the sound of a bookkeeping role with a 4-day working week sat within an award- winning business appeal to you?

We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for process improvement to put their bookkeeping experience to use in a fast-paced environment. You will be the go-to individual for all things commercial administration and accounting based and support the financial growth of the company.
  
Responsibilities of this Bookkeeper / Office Manager include:

Invoicing Clients using Xero, and using client payment portals
Liaising with clients and chasing overdue payments
Xero bookkeeping responsibilities
Management Account reporting
Assistance with preparation of annual budgets
Liaising with the sales and customer success teams to keep accurate records of client service fees and invoicing schedules
Management of company credit card payments and reconciliations
Monthly payroll updates
Help with preparation of annual audit and R&D tax claims
Some office admin and PA type responsibilities SALARY: £30,000 – £45,000.

HOURS: Hybrid working pattern. 5-day week (37.5 hours) OR 4-day week (34 hours)- flexibility with which day you choose to have off.

PACKAGE: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme, AXA private medical. Other benefits include birthday off (if it’s a weekday!), flexible and home working, and team events throughout the year.
