Global Insurance Specialist

Our major Broking Client has a new opportunity for a talented Commercial Insurance professional who has a background working closely with Global Clients.

In this new role you would have responsibility for 4-5 major clients of your own but mainly to take a leading role with these Clients on the Global Network proposition for them.

In your leading position you will also be managing relationships with Insurers as well as sharing your knowledge internally by supporting the Servicing Team with those Global Insurance requirements.

You will not be working independently in a specialist team but within a major Client Servicing team and utilising your knowledge accordingly.

As a Global Insurance Network Specialist your key responsibilities will include being responsible for the day-to-day management and renewal of large and complex multi-national account portfolios, whilst supporting the Client Directors in the strategic and financial management of Global client relationships.

This is a role which can be performed a hybrid working pattern and our Client is very comfortable with you working where you need to and when.

Key elements of the Global Insurance Specialist role include:

Build strong relationships with clients and future clients
Co-ordinate and build relationship with internal specialists
Responsibility for key data analytics
Strong communication skills to lead client expectations and explain complex Insurance technical terminology
Build and maintain a good understanding of each client's business including financial performance, objectives, products and services and key personnel
Leadership, support and mentoring of support staffTo be a successful Global Insurance Specialist you will demonstrate:

Experience of multinational client insurance programmes.
Commercial understanding of business and the insurance market
Strong technical knowledge of major insurance classes
Excellent negotiating, listening and interpersonal skills
