Mortgage Case Manager
Stockport 
 
£20,000 – £24,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Bonus
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Case Manager has become available with an ambitious and reputable Mortgage Broker in the Stockport location.
As a Mortgage Case Manage, you will be required to carry out full case checks, ensuring the application is dealt with correctly and processed in a timely manner. You will liaise with Senior Mortgage and Protection Consultant to ensure a smooth process and keep customers up to date with excellent ongoing service.
Joining an ambitious company who have invested a lot of time, effort and money into the systems and technology, you will be used to a smooth process and providing industry leading service to all customers.
 
What is on offer?

£20,000 – £24,000 Basic salary
Monday – Friday hours 9am – 5.30pm (NO WEEKENDS!)

Good Understanding of the full Mortgage Process
Proven experience in managing case load and processing applications quickly and effectively
Experience in dealing with customer / sensitive documents and proof of income (Bank statements, Wage Slips, Tax Returns)
Meeting and exceeding targets and deadlines
Willing to learn new process
Proven work ethic
Ability to work with a range of products and systems
Used to a busy/ fast paced environment
CEMAP Qualified – Not essential but highly beneficial. *Training and support with this can be provided if this is something you are looking to achieve in the future*
