Mortgage Advisor
£35,000 Basic Salary – Employed

An award-winning Mortgage Brokerage in Manchester is currently on the lookout for experienced and service-led Mortgage Advisors to join their busy and expanding team.
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will act with utmost integrity and transparency to ensure that your clients receive the very best in line with their needs and priorities. You will have a keen eye for detail and report any anomalies or errors to the Compliance Officer.
You will have commitment to continuous development, and work with the wider team and on your own initiative to build upon your existing skills base through collaborative working and your own learning.
What you’ll bring to the role:
A genuine desire to want to provide exceptional service your clients
You will have a proven track record in a similar Mortgage Advisor role specializing in Buy to Let, Commercial mortgages or a mixture of applications.
You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain prosperous relationships
You will be naturally analytical and prefer to work in a structured way
You’ll hold a full CEMAP qualification or equivalent CII Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice
