Job Description
Job Title: Mortgage Adviser. (Home based)
Basis: Full time Permanent Employed Role.
Location: Choice of Home Based or office based in Wolverhampton or hybrid working.
Target: Experienced CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisers.
Rewards: Basic salary of up-to £30K D.O.E plus performance related bonuses. Achievable OTE up-to £50K plus benefits.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM – 5.30PM, (Permanent, Full Time Role)
Timeline: Immediate interviews with an Oct 2022 or Jan 2023 start date.

Job Description: Mortgage & Protection Adviser:
Mortgage Bureau are now looking for two additional Mortgage Advisers who will mainly be responsible for the financial qualification of our remortgage customers, providing advice on suitable Mortgage products, you will also be required to provide adhoc advise on both BTL and second hand mortgage enquires which are provided by us.
Working with Mortgage Bureau customers you will ensure they receive the best advice and a high level of customer service on their Mortgage journey at every stage through to completion.
Required Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
* CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified and CAS is essential within the last 24 months.
* Remortgage advising experience is desired.
* At least 12 Months previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser is highly essential, ideally in a broking role but single tied considered.
* Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format
* Self-disciplined to successfully work from home.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format, and be able to accurately assess information under pressure.
* You will need to be accurate, numerate and highly computer literate, a highly competent Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word and Outlook, and be able to quickly adapt to new software packages and online processes.
* You will possess a proven track record working in Mortgage sales and have the personal determination to meet and exceed target’s set.
